Shipping plays an important role in connecting you to the stories of each coffee. PPP Coffee strives to build relationships with logistics partners to ensure the best options for bringing your coffee to you. We are ensuring traceability of each delivery through a tracking code that will be sent to your email.
We will pack and ship out your orders on every Tuesday and Friday (next working day* if it is a public holiday).
You will receive your orders within 3~8 working days* from order date
For self-collection from the retail store (C-Platform), the order will be ready for collection from 11am onwards of the next working day.
Shipping Papa Palheta ships within Malaysia via ARAMEX. Papa Palheta ships internationally only via TNT. All online purchases will be issued tracking numbers for users to monitor shipment once the packaged has been picked up by the courier.
For bigger commercial equipment we would prefer to liase with you directly on freight matters. We also strongly recommend buying from local dealers like us in Asia for reasons of after sales service and warranty. In the event of a technical or warranty issue we should be your first point of contact.
Refund Policy If you find any defect or damage to the merchadise, please contact us at Customerservice@pppcoffee.com for a full refund of the purchase price within 10 working days of shipment via the online store and 3 days via the retail store.
For online purchase we will need your email address, order number and items you are returning and as much explanation as you would like to provide. For purchases via our retail store, please drop by our store and produce the receipt with the item.
