Q: What is a Surprise box?
The Surprise box is our way of sharing specialty coffee with two unique coffees delivered to your doorstep every month.
Q: What can I expect as a subscriber of PPP Coffee’s monthly Surprise box?
As a subscriber, you can expect two unique bags of coffees curated by our roasters delivered to your doorstep every month. There are two options to choose from:
- Mini Surprise Box (2 x 125g)
- Classic Surprise Box (2 x 250g)
Q: Where are the coffees from?
The coffees in your Surprise box are 100% Arabica specialty grade coffees sourced from different regions in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Q: Will the coffees in my Surprise box be different every month?
Our roasters have already planned an exciting line-up of coffees for our subscribers. If you stay on long enough, you would be able to experience up to 24 different varieties of coffees in a year!
Q: When will I receive my Surprise box?
All Surprise boxes received by the 25th will be shipped out by the 5th of the following month. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
For delivery in Malaysia, you can expect to receive your Surprise box within 3 to 6 working days.
For overseas delivery, you should receive your Surprise box between 3 to 12 working days.
Q: I am based out of Malaysia. Can I subscribe to the monthly Surprise coffee box?
Yes! We provide international shipping. For those in Singapore, subcribe here instead.

Q: Do I have to incur additional cost for shipping?
Delivery is free if you are based in Malaysia. For the rest of the world, please refer to the table below.

Q: What if I do not want to continue my Surprise box subscription?
You can cancel and resume anytime. Simply login to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions". Under "Delivery Schedule", you can cancel your subscription and re-activate it any time, or simply skip certain shipments.
Q: How do I track the shipping status of my Surprise box?
You will receive an email notification with a tracking URL. To track your orders, simply click on the link provided.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Q: When will I be charged for my monthly Surprise Box?
A payment will be charged to your credit card when you first subscribe to our monthly Surprise box. Subsequently, there will be a recurring charge on the 5th of every month.
Q: How do I amend my delivery and billing information?
Login to your account on www.pppcoffee.com.my. On your account page, you can update your billing information and delivery address.
